Our Favorite Air B&B ever!!!! Felt right at home, had all things you needed from seasoning for foods to dish soap and things to cook with! All bathroom had hand soap and lots of towels- like actually soft food towels! I’m over sized and they fit around me just right! My kids lived the game room and hot tub! It was awesome! Perfect location and no high scary areas in the mountings to get to and from things! Would stay here each time we go to PF! Loved it!!!!!

Staying at Greg’s home was wonderful. It has everything you would ever want/need. It’s in a great location, private, and has tons of features for a fun and peaceful stay!

This place was perfect! Everything from the bedrooms to the basement was more than we could have wanted. The location was very convenient to go do activities without traveling too far. The aesthetic and cleanliness ensure I will be telling everyone about this spot! Thank you to Greg for making the whole process smooth and allowing us to have a weekend we won’t forget!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this house! It was especially convenient for us as our family really enjoys Deep Creek State Park. This is less than 10 min. to the park, restaurants, and shopping. The house itself was as described. We appreciated the cleanliness, ease of check in, and space to spread out. Greg was super responsive to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. While this trip was only for 3 of us, we could definitely see coming back to share this house with our family for a group vacation in the future. Thanks so much!

Greg and Denise were incredible hosts! Our stay at their place was perfect. I would highly recommend them as their house was beautiful and their communication was great. They approved an additional night stay last minute and were so accommodating to us. We would definitely stay again!!!!! 5 STARS!!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! My family and I had the best time. Gorgeous and clean home with extra amenities and goodies in the kitchen. The fire pit outside is wonderful. Though it was a cold Memorial Day Weekend, we made the best of it enjoying the comfy home and watching a movie. Someone in the guest book talked about counting the bears in the house.. they got 151, we got 163! Between the adults it was a funny game to compete who could get the most! Thank you Greg and Denise for a wonderful stay!

I do not think that words can exactly describe this host and this home. Greg was extremely responsive and professional. The home was perfect and went beyond our expectations especially for the price. it is even better than the pictures and the little bear touches everywhere was perfect. My children will always remember the Hibernation Station lol and we fully intend on booking again. I highly recommend this home and host to anyone!! Thank you Greg!!

We had a nice and relaxing stay here. Greg & Denise were very communicative and provided clear instructions and expectations. Super nice and super friendly. Would come back 100%. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for some peace and privacy with a beautiful scenery surrounded by nature.

Omg, this place felt like home. Peaceful and the sight was so beautiful, my family enjoyed every moment. Greg was quick to respond to any form of communication. We were less than 20 mins away from everything. My daughter spent her 9th birthday here and wasn’t ready to leave, hoping to book this home again.

This place was amazing!!!! The hosts were amazing as well! Would definitely stay again, felt right at home, place was exactly as described would recommend to anyone visiting pigeon forge!!!
